Question: Are all the magnets on the website one of a kind?
Answer: Yes. All the magnets on our website are one of a kind handcrafted in Edmonton unless indicated otherwise. We will be offering a few mass produced magnets soon so be sure to sign up for our e-mails to “Get Notified” to find out when.
Question: What is with the tags and cards that come with the magnets?
Answer: The tags that come with our magnets double as bookmarks. The tag/bookmarks and cards can be recycled. Our cards are intentionally blank inside so that you can write your own personal message.
Question: How do I know the status of my order?
Answer: When you place an order on E-Artistry you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received by us. You will be sent another e-mail that contains a confirmation that you order has shipped along with your shipment tracking number from Canada Post.
Question: To which countries do you ship and what currency do you accept?
Answer: We ship to Canada and the U.S.A via Canada Post. All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars.
Question: How long does it take to receive my online order?
Answer: We ship your order within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. How long your order takes to get to you depends on where you live and the shipping option chosen in your online cart. Read more about your shipping options by clicking here.
Question: I did not receive my package, what do I do?
Answer: Check the shipping confirmation e-mail from E-Artistry that contains the tracking number for Canada Post to confirm where in the postal system your shipment is. If you still do not receive your parcel, send an e-mail to email@example.com referencing your order number and we will investigate.
Question: How do I cancel my E-Artistry online order?
Answer: Once you have received your parcel send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receipt. A member of our orders team will reach out to you to obtain the necessary information surrounding the details of your cancellation and issue you a return authorization number. Please do not send back an item to E-Artistry without a valid return authorization number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping to return your items.
Question: What type of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Apple Pay and Visa Debit.
Question: Is my credit card information secure on your website? What is your credit processing system?
Answer: We accept credit card payments on our site via STRIPE. All transaction are secure. You can read more about STRIPE by clicking here.
Question: I forgot the password to "My Account" on the E-Artistry website, how do I reset it?
Answer: To reset the password on your account on the E-Artistry website click on the link under the sign in box "forgot password" to send yourself a password reset e-mail. This link will expire within 24 hours.
Question: How do I change my e-mail address associated with my account?
Answer: At this time in order to change your e-mail address associated with your account, create a new account and password with your updated e-mail address.
Question: What type of information can I save to my account?
Answer: You can save your credit card information and billing address.
Question: Can I check out without an account?
Answer: Yes. Signing into an account during checkout is optional. If you do not have an account you may check out as a guest.
Question: Will the orders that I place while signed out of my E-Artistry account show in my account information when signed in?
Answer: No. Orders placed while signed out from your account will not show in your account information.
Question: Will orders made before I create an account show in my account information once I sign in?
Answer: No. Orders placed before you create an account will not show up in your account information.
PROMOTIONS & COUPONS
Question: How do the E-Artistry promotions codes work?
Answer: You will find E-Artistry promo codes in our e-mail subscriptions so if you haven’t already done so make sure to “Get Notified” and subscribe. Promo codes can also be found on our product literature.
Question: I have an E-Artistry On-line promo code, where do I enter it to receive my discount?
Answer: In your cart upon checkout in the Order Summary is a box labeled “Discount Code” where you can enter the promo code that you received. Enter a valid promo code in the box and then click apply.
Question: Do E-Artistry promo codes expire?
Answer: Yes, most of our promo codes have an expiration date. Be sure to check the date associated with the code you plan to use with your online order. Invalid or expired promo codes will not apply when entered in the Order Summary on checkout.
Question: Does E-Artistry accept returns?
Answer: E-Artistry will accept a return for damaged merchandise. If you receive your order and the merchandise is damaged please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving your order at email@example.com. A member of the E-Artistry order team will advise you on what to do. Please do not return any items to E-Artistry without a valid return authorization number. Question: How do I subscribe to your E-Artistry Newsletter "Get Notified"?
Answer: Easy! To subscribe to the E-Artistry Newsletter simply go to the home page of the E-Artistry website and scroll down to the subscribe box under our "How do you E-Artistry?" Social Section. From there you can enter your first and last name as well as your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail notification from us asking you to confirm your subscription. Or you can subscribe by simply clicking here.
Question: How do I unsubscribe to your E-Artistry Newsletter "Get Notified"?
Answer: Easy! Although we would hate to see you go, we adhere to the Canada Anti-Spam Legislation. Simply click on the unsubscribe link in our newsletter e-mails.
